Flexographic Printing
Flexographic (flexo) printing uses flexible rubber/polymer plates to print quickly and at high volume on roll labels. It’s the most economical and efficient method for multi-color logos, brand printing, and large print runs.
UV Flexo Printing
In UV flexo printing, ink is instantly cured with UV light — resulting in sharper color clarity, higher resistance to scratching/fading, and a faster production cycle. It’s preferred especially for outdoor use or frequently-handled product labels.
Reverse Print
Reverse printing applies the print to the back surface of transparent film labels — so the printed image is protected beneath the film layer, gaining extra resistance to abrasion, chemical contact, and moisture. Commonly used for glass bottle, cosmetic, and premium product labels.
Adhesive Kill
Adhesive kill neutralizes the adhesive effect in specific areas of a label, making that area non-sticky. It’s used for fold-out labels, coupon/promotional labels, or applications where a specific section needs to peel away easily.
