Why source from Turkey?

Turkey sits between the EU, the Middle East and Central Asia, which shortens transit times to most of Kasetsan’s export markets compared with sourcing from East Asia. Combined with a customs union relationship with the EU for industrial goods, this geographic position is one of the practical reasons buyers in Europe and the Middle East evaluate Turkish suppliers alongside domestic and Far Eastern options.

Kasetsan has operated since 1979 and converts thermal paper, POS rolls, cash register rolls and self-adhesive labels in-house — from base paper handling to die-cutting and packaging — on one site. There is no intermediary between the factory and the export order.

Trade terms

Term What it means for your order
FOB (Free On Board) We deliver the goods on board the vessel at the Turkish port; you arrange and pay for onward sea freight. Most common for buyers who already have a forwarder.
CFR / CIF We arrange and include sea freight (and insurance, for CIF) to your destination port. Useful if you don’t have an established freight relationship yet.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) We do not enforce a fixed universal MOQ. Practical minimums depend on the size and material — tell us your target volume and we’ll confirm what’s realistic for a first order versus a container load.
Samples Available before you commit to a bulk order. Ask your export contact for current sample terms for your specific product and destination.
Payment Discussed per order based on volume and destination. Tell us your preferred method (e.g. advance payment, Letter of Credit) when requesting a quote.

Compliance: why “BPA-free” matters more than marketing

In the EU, Bisphenol A (BPA) in thermal paper is restricted under REACH (Annex XVII) above a defined concentration threshold — it is not an optional preference, it is a market-access requirement. All Kasetsan thermal paper and label products are produced with BPA-free, phenol-free coating, which keeps them within scope for EU import without this specific restriction. Our facility also holds a TSE Quality Compliance Certificate (TSEK No: 35-14.02/2240), issued by the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) — a common reference point in export buyer supplier assessments.

If your procurement process requires a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or written confirmation of chemical composition for customs or internal compliance records, request it together with your quote — we provide this as standard for export orders.

What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no single fixed MOQ across all products. It depends on the size, material and whether it’s a first trial order or a repeat container shipment. Share your target volume and destination, and we’ll confirm what’s practical.
Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes. Samples are available for evaluation before committing to a bulk order — ask your export contact for current terms for your product and destination.
Do you work with FOB, CFR or CIF?
Yes, all three are available. FOB if you have your own forwarder, CFR or CIF if you’d rather we arrange the sea freight (and insurance, for CIF) to your port.
Can you produce custom sizes or private label (OEM) packaging?
Yes. Because we run our own slitting and die-cutting line, we can produce non-standard widths and lengths, and pre-printed rolls or labels with your own branding, for export orders.
Is your thermal paper compliant with EU regulations?
Our thermal paper and label products are produced with BPA-free, phenol-free coating. If you need a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or written composition confirmation for your customs or compliance records, request it with your quote.
